Communications Coordinator

We are seeking Communications Coordinator to assist with communications and new business initiatives. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating and producing proposals and interview materials for new business
  • Conducting research for potential projects
  • Creating visual content, including presentations for speaking engagements and awards submissions, for both marketing purposes and inclusion in project submissions
  • Maintaining the firm’s website
  • Create and curate content for the firm’s social media platforms

Qualified candidates will have a collaborative working style and the desire work with architecture, communications, and preservation professionals to produce high quality content. Qualifications include (but are not limited to):

  • Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, architecture, historic preservation, or a related field
  • Prior experience working in a similar or related role
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Suite literacy, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Adobe Suite literacy including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge
  • Strong work ethic, quick learner, great communicator

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience and / or strong interest in historic preservation, architecture, or urban design
