In July 2016, PDP was selected by the Colemantown Meeting House Foundation for flood mitigation and limited restoration of buildings on the property. The project will focus on:

1. Mitigating further accelerated deterioration of the building fabric from storm water runoff,
2. Structurally stabilizing the building, and
3. Providing barrier-free accessibility and facilities.
