Marco G. Virgili, RA, leed ap

Marco G. Virgili joined PDP in February 2015 as a Project Architect and was named Associate in July 2016. Prior to joining PDP, Marco collaborated with several members of the PDP team in the Preservation Design Studio at RMJM Hillier. During his time there, he assisted with an exterior assessment report involving the surveying and documentation of the U.S. Custom House in Philadelphia, and was also part of the design team for the restoration and renovation of the Cincinnati Museum Center's Historic Dining Rooms (Project One).

Since graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Marco has also been involved in several historic and iconic buildings in the New York/Connecticut area, including the restoration and reconstruction of the Innis Arden Cottage complex at Greenwich Point (both prior to, and in the aftermath of hurricane Sandy). His experience has built on his studies by combining aspects of sensible adaptive reuse with sustainable and contextual landscape architecture.
